The first step to renting the hall is to check the Farmers Hall Calendar

Additional setup or cleanup days: $100 per day

NON-MEMBER FEES:
Rental fee: $300 per floor per day of event
Additional setup or cleanup days: $100 per day
Security/cleaning deposit: $100 (Mail two checks: one for rental fee, one for deposit.
The $100 deposit check will be returned after the event if the Hall is clean and
undamaged.)

Confirmed acceptance of the Reservation/Security/Cleaning Deposit (details below)
will reserve the date(s). Payment in full is due 10 days in advance of your event.
Alcohol is not permitted unless you obtain and provide proof of event insurance with host liquor liability. If you are selling alcohol, then you must obtain a permit to sell alcohol along with a license.
There is no trash service at the Hall. The renting party must haul away any trash.
